Bathrooms
- Tub, shower and glass
- Toilet, base and behind
- Vanity, mirror and sink
- Cabinets and drawers inside
- Exhaust fan cover
- Floor and baseboards
Bedrooms and living areas
- Closets: shelves, rods and floors
- Light fixtures and ceiling fans
- Windows, sills and tracks
- Doors, frames and switch plates
- Vents and registers
- Baseboards
Whole house
- Dust high to low
- Vacuum all floors and closets
- Mop hard floors
- Garage, entry and laundry area
- Remove all debris from cleaning
- Final walk-through and photos
How to use it
- Print one copy per job and clip it to your caddy.
- Walk the empty home first and note anything that needs a photo or a word with the client.
- Work top to bottom, room by room, and tick each box as you finish.
- Do a last walk with the sheet before you hand back the keys.
