What is on it
Linens
- Strip beds and bag used linens
- Remake beds with fresh sheets
- Fresh bath towels, hand towels and mats
- Check linens for stains or damage
- Start the next wash load
Restock
- Toilet paper and paper towels
- Soap, shampoo and dish soap
- Coffee, tea and filters
- Trash bags and sponges
- Spare batteries and light bulbs
Reset
- Cushions, throws and remotes in place
- Thermostat and lights set
- Dishwasher emptied, fridge cleared
- Guest book or house manual out
- Windows closed, doors locked, keys or lockbox set
Photos and notes
- Photo of each room as left
- Photo of any damage or missing item
- Note supplies running low
- Message the host when done

How to use it
- Print one sheet per turnover and keep a spare in the supply closet.
- Do a quick walk first to spot damage or left-behind items before you clean.
- Work through linens, clean, restock and reset in order.
